Job description
- Undertake valuation assignment of properties in Singapore which includes HDB, private residential, commercial, and industrial.
- Carry out site inspections, compile & analyze data, and prepare valuation reports.
- Ensure timely completion of all valuation assignments
- Assist with property tax advisory portfolios for corporate clients
Job Requirements
- A degree in Real Estate, Property or a related discipline
- Professional valuation qualification such as the SISV Registered Valuer accreditation
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience conducting property valuations in Singapore
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and identify key insights
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities to convey technical information clearly
- Commercial awareness and the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the willingness to continuously learn and develop
