Job description
Provide facilities management services to our client’s sites
To conduct daily checks on essential equipment to ensure that they are operating in a satisfactory condition at all times.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationship with stakeholders
To manage the term contractors and to ensure the preventive maintenance services are being delivered to site according to the maintenance schedule
To assist in daily operation, attend to any feedback on site and report if there is any breakdowns & faults
Responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support and event set up
To obtain quotations and raising of invoices to client as and when needed.
To ensure the term contractor has submitted the maintenance checklist and make sure the monthly report submit to client on time.
Any other duties assigned by the Facilities Manager.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Lift & Escalator, ACMV and/or BMS or its equivalent;
Higher Nitec or Nitec in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent with minimum 7 years relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Lift & Escalator, ACMV and/or BMS or its equivalent;
Self-motivated with good written and communication skills and computer literate. All technicians shall have general competency in the use of Outlook emails and the following application software; MS office, especially MS Outlook express, Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), MS Word and MS Power point.
Meticulous and a good team player and ability to manage a team of technicians.
