Depending on team needs and your interests, you may support one or more of the following :

Capital Markets

• Support sale of office buildings, industrial assets, land, and retail properties
• Prepare pitch decks, investment teasers, buyer lists, and financial models
• Coordinate due diligence and client presentations

Industrial & Commercial Leasing - Office

• Support landlord and tenant representation for industrial and commercial leasing
• Conduct property tours, prepare proposals, and assist in lease negotiations
• Track office market trends and vacancy
• Work with MNCs, SMEs, and logistics occupiers
• Track industrial supply, rents, and key transactions

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of the real estate market and leasing practices.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and well-organized.
• Relevant experience in property leasing, marketing, or property management.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
